hi i am new here so can you tell me when do you guys play ultimate and if you guys still do? cause i have played in 2 tournaments and i am only 16 i have played in my school tournament and also the chennai heat tournament and i study in india and i am here on vacation so can you please tell me cause i would love to practice and also would like to join a team here if i can

Gender Ratio: 4/3 format (minimum 3 people of each gender on the field at all times, no exceptions)
